Gavin, you can play with my toys anytime.
We got a new car seat for Gavin’s visit (that and we needed another convertible for visitors and for Grandma and Grandpa’s car etc.)… anyway, so I kept the box thinking that they might like it. Well, it was a hit. And still continues to be. Jack is in and out of that thing all day long.
Isn’t this hilarious!? They were so funny. They immediately had this connection and played so well together. It was really weird. I’m not sure why I was surprised though, Andrea and I have been friends forever. It’s just so crazy to me to be in this place in my life… and to have my kid friends with my best friend’s kid. Just like we always imagined it would be.
Toot’s is also very interested in the diaper caddy and all of it’s contents… and what is it with the nasal aspirator that says “chew on me”. What am I talking about – they chew on everything.

We had a great time. We miss you guys. Gavin misses pat-a-cake, EZ playing football with him and of course his best bud Jack! The brownies, pizza, Lindt’s, cookies, CPK, salad and of course the infamous muffaletta’s were awesome. We can’t wait to come again in April. Gavin is so obsessed with airplanes that we will probably be there before then. Maybe next time I can fit my big butt into some nice designer jeans! Love you!

So glad you girls had the time together. Funny that in today’s world Chicago and Charlotte are really not that far away from each other…The pic of the “boys in the box” is so funny. Typical kids to like boxes better than toys.
